The Plant City Federated Republican Women’s Club is a group of enthusiastic women committed to Republican principles; reaching out to likeminded women of all ages, ethnicities and backgrounds, working for the common goal of electing Republican candidates committed to advancing Republican ideals.

We are giving back to our community by inspiring students at two local high schools to participate in our annual essay contest. Students are asked to express themselves using creative ideas for solving societal problems using the ideals our club promotes. The winners are awarded $500 college scholarships.

Each election cycle we sponsor a hugely popular candidate forum, Celebrate Our Freedoms, which showcases local, state and federal Republican candidates.  This event helps to educate voters on the advantages of electing Republicans! The beautiful Larry Jimenez Home on Lake Thonotosassa will be the site of this year"s event on Saturday, October 4, 2008.

In December, immediately following the Plant City Christmas Parade, our club hosts an annual Christmas Party.  It is always well attended by elected Republican officials and their supporters; with over 200 guests enjoying the festivities on December 7, 2007 at the home of Melane and Johnnie Byrd in Plant City.

The future is bright for the Plant City Federated Republican Women’s Club! We will be working tirelessly as we intensify our efforts in 2008 to ensure the election a Republican President, Congress, Legislature and County and Local Office Holders!

Club dues are due in January of each year and no later than March in order to be included in the state and federal clubs and also to be placed in our published directory. 

MEMBERSHIP LEVELS:

*Angel Membership: $50 annually

**Regular Membership: $25 annually

***Associate Membership: $15 annually

*If the husband of an Angel Member is a registered Republican and he wishes to join as an Associate Member, his membership will be free with the Angel Membership payment of his wife.

**Regular Membership dues are for any registered Republican woman who would like to make PCFRWC her primary club.

***Republican women who have their primary membership in another Republican club are eligible for an Associate Membership with the payment of the $15 Associate Member dues.
